What we process and why
When you contact us through the form or by email, we process the information you provide, mainly your name, email address, telephone number and enquiry. We use it only to respond, prepare an offer and communicate about possible cooperation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); for general questions, it is our legitimate interest in answering your message (Article 6(1)(f)). Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a contact detail to reply.
We do not use enquiry data for newsletters, analytics, profiling or targeted advertising. The contact form sends the message by email; collection of form submissions in Elementor’s website database is not enabled.
When you visit the site, the server may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, requested page, browser information and error logs to operate and secure the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable website (Article 6(1)(f)). Access is limited to authorised staff and the hosting provider.
Google Maps and cookies
Some pages contain an embedded Google Map. It connects to Google only after you agree to display it. Google may then receive your IP address and other technical data and use its cookies. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings. Google’s processing is explained in its Privacy Policy.

Recipients and retention
Only staff who need the information to respond, and our contracted hosting and email providers, have access to it. We disclose information to others only when required by law or necessary to handle your enquiry. We keep messages and related contact details only until the enquiry or offer has been dealt with. Once this purpose ends, we delete them unless a business relationship, legal obligation or legal claim requires longer retention. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and troubleshooting, in line with the hosting provider’s settings.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, and restriction of processing. Data portability applies where provided by law. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
